Warranty & Service Policy

Warranty Coverage

We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, if a defect occurs under normal use, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Covered under warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Malfunctions occurring under normal use

Not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse

  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)


How to Request Service (A/S)

If you require after-sales service, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service team and describe the issue.

  2. Prepare your purchase receipt or order number.

  3. Safely package the product and send it to the designated service address.

Repairs are typically completed within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Period: Within 30 days of receiving the product

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Product is unused and in original packaging

  • All tags and labels remain attached

  • Any free gifts received must also be returned

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange.

  2. Ship the product after your request has been approved.

  3. Once the returned product is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after return confirmation.

Restocking Fee:
For non-defective products returned within 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
