Return & Refund Policy

Our chiropractic tables are professional-grade medical and therapeutic equipment, custom-built and quality-inspected before shipment.

Due to the specialized nature and high value of our products, we do not accept general returns or refunds once the product has been shipped or delivered.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@01musa.com with photos and order details.

Upon verification, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

All returns must be pre-approved and shipped in original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: Approved returns for non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
